Yes, I have tried to follow the procedure in the link. But few files are not present in the provided link. Also My Nokia N9 not able to charge via flasher as well. So planning to visit a phone repair shop.

With regards to battery charging via Harmattan flasher, if battery at 0% can take many minutes before any result at all.
