After working perfectly for a while, Opera has suddenly stopped displaying images. I've cleared all caches and rebooted, but neither fixed the issue. If I click on the image and try to force it to load, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Check the opera menu, there's an option for enabling/disabling pictures.

From the menu:
View -> Show images -> Always

This setting changes to "Only loaded" every now and then, I believe it's related to browser crashing due low memory.
