This question has been posed before and there appears to be no solution. Looks like its hard coded or no one has found a config file to tweak.

I would like the "contact" shortcut on my desktop to launch an email&contact utility of my own (in that cas, claws email) instead of the standard contact programm embedded.
How To do that ? Config panel only allow to switch the shortcut between "web" and "contact"
