My n800 just got here yesterday. Very exciting, but a lot of work.

Here's what I did so far:
Flashed os2008 beta.
Installed NoteCase, mplayer, python, mediabox, openssh.
Wifi working with great range.
Bluetooth keyboard is working.

I know I'm going to have to redo everything, but that's OK. The second time will be easier.

Anyone want to save me some time and point me in the right direction. I'm putting the IT down for a few hours and then I'll start reading the OS2008 manual.

Troubles:
1) ssh doesn't have tab completion. I don't want to type each file name.

2) Using the browser, I couldn't open an mp3 directly. It started in MediaBox and complained it couldn't find the file. If I saved the file first it worked fine.

3) I don't know how to make the screen keyboard appear after I've been using the BT keyboard. I put the keyboard away and picked up the n800. I couldn't make the screen keyboard appear and ended up getting the keyboard out again.

4) Where should I go to learn to develop an open source project for os2008? I've found a couple of resources, but I need a good place for answers.

I think that's about it. I'm happy but frustrated. There's lots of information available, but it takes a lot of time to weed through.

Not sure about the other troubles, but the little icon (<-\->) above the Caps button for the keyboard appears to work for tab completion in osso-xterm and the x-term that comes with IT2008
