It goes worse day-by-day. In almost all "heavy" applications any of hardware button sticks: +/- scale in MaemoMapper, left/right in PDF viewer etc.

I don't think it gets worse, but it is definitely an annoying issue. FBReader can be configured to have 300ms bounce reduction, which helps a lot.

Unfortunately, the browser just scrolls frequently downwards, as I have configured the D-PAD to scroll whole pages.

There was no such problem in OS2007.
