I have noticed that some albums are not in the right order with the default Media Player (yes, shuffle is off) and after trying everything i can think of i'm unable to find a solution. Some of the albums i have in my n800 are concerts or soundtracks so this can be annoying and frustrating, this files have no problem in my Mac using iTunes (this are MP3s created with iTunes), the filename is correlative and the song number is the right one, yet some appear out of place in Media Player.
How can i fix that?

Have you upgraded to OS 2008 on your N800?

This is a long-standing bug, still present in OS2008. You can vote for it here:

The problem seems to be around the Position In Set field (a.k.a. the "Track X of Y" field). Remove the Set number in Get Info (leaving only Track Number) and it should sort as expected.

Yeah, it sucks.
