Is there a setting or something that enables the headsets? I have had both of them working before but now when i plug in my headset to make a skype call it sill uses the speaker and the microphone on the device.

did you install FM Radio? That broke it for me. Then I uninstalled FM Radio, and the BT headset icon appeared in the status bar on my next reboot. Prior to that, I had the exact same symptoms as you do.

yes i did actually... i was thinking that may have did it going to try to uninstall it now... when you say reboot you mean turn off and back on?

OK that seemed to do the trick thanks very much...

now it is working but ever 10 sec or so the sound cracks and beeps. Anyone else having this problem? I use the jabra bT350
