its been a while since i saw this posted, but i am wondering if anyone has any idea who made this little ditty.

it was a usb to mini usb cord with a power dongle off the mini end, and could be wound up via retracting wheel in the middle of the cord.

I just bought one on ebay. Haven't recieved it yet though, but all I had to do was type "N800 usb power" in the search box.

That's lucky, I can't power my N810 thru the USB port.
/edit - that is the USB port on the N810
And when I just tried the search on Ebay I rec'd no results

well my cable came in today and it works fine with my N800 connected via USB to my PC (or little USB battery charger doohickey). I also dug up the link:

I just ran across this from another post (can't remember where) but I remembered it because I had just ordered a case for my N800 from Proporta.

Here is the link I found after going to the site again:

I have a modular Philips version of that, came with a couple of different tips and car/wall outlet adaptors. Unfortunately the Nokia tip it comes with is the one that like .5mm too long and it fits very loosely.

I can't remember seeing a different Nokia tip, but I know Philips has a few different models that have different adaptor selections, however I can't find anywhere to order the different adaptors or even to specifically order the whole pack by model number. Might be one of those things retailers treat as having the same UPC.
