Is there a way to use Camola or another program to "subscribe" to a daily podcast. I am specifically trying to download the NY Times Front page each morning. If I go to subscribe on my desktop it shows I need Itunes(which obviously I dont have on my N800). So, I am not sure in Canola what URL I would enter.

I use gpodder, it does everything I need to be able to listen to the 10 podcasts I subscribe to.
Follow these directions I wrote:

Thanks Adam.

Anyone else able to do this with another program? I would think this is a popular use. I thought Videocenter would be able to do this.

Video center can do this.
Just act like you are adding a video stream and paste in the RSS feed of your podcast and it will fetch the MP3's just like it would the videos.

Just look here, there is a large list.

There are a few:
Gpodder

VideoCenter

Canola2

I personally use VideoCenter for my audio podcasts and it works well, but I'm thinking about going back to gpodder just because of the ease of downloading new episodes and deleting old ones.

EDIT: Oops, I forgot about podsync... I haven't tried it yet though.

Copy the url for your podcast feed.
Open Videocenter
Click on "video center" on the top left, it will drop down a menu.
tools... services....
window will open
click add
leave 'internet videos' there
click next
paste podcast feed url
click finish
done!
