Between some places that have it available for cheap, such as tigerdirect, amazon, and buy.com, where would the best place to buy a N800 from be? I don't have much experience with any of the places, so I'm unsure about which place might provide a return policy that would not screw me over if I had to use it, and I'm just hoping for a generally good experience. I've heard good and bad things about all 3 companies, so I was hoping to get some input from the more... knowledgeable members here. Thanks for any and all help! Note to GA or Karel: I'll consider insults from either of you two to be help as well.

To get the best deal on an N800, you can buy one on these forums or on eBay. N800s have sold the cheapest at these places.

I have bought mine from buy.com, but I would rather buy it from newegg because of their fast shipping, their free 3 day shipping turns out to be the next day or two.

Mine was just under $200 during buy.com's post-Thanksgiving sale. FWIW, I've ordered numerous items from them over the years and never had any trouble.

Since you specifically asked about return policies, I can tell you that when I had to return my N800 to Amazon, it went very smoothly. They shipped the replacement out as soon as I called them, without waiting for me to return the dud N800.

From experiece I can tell you, if you have to return back to buy.com, they send you a free shipping label. They do not send a replacement before a week after they get back the defective product. So wIth buy.com, you may have to wait long while for a replacement.
