When I read a Ebook/PDF and close it, it doesn't save my page, meaning I have to remember where I was before I closed it. I know some applications do this behavior on computers, so are there any applications that do that on the n800?

Evince remembers the last openened page in your pdf document. For other e-book file formats FBReader does the same thing.
