Can we connect USB device for N800 ? and if yes what are the steps involved, I really appreciate your help.

Are you talking about the N800 or the N810? (you've posted this in the N810 forums but mention the N800 so...?). If you're talking about the N800 it's easy, just make sure you've got OS 2008 installed and either grab one of the adapters mentioned here:
