Is it possible to store Rhapsody songs on the internal memory, or can they only be streamed when an internet connection is made? When connected to my main PC, running Rhapsody, the N810 showed up as a removable hard drive and I cannot transfer my Rhapsody To Go songs to the device without purchasing them.

Only the streaming service works. Feel free to email rhapsody and tell them that you want the To Go service!

From Rhapsody:

Dear Dave,

Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Customer Support.

I understand that Rhapsody is not showing Nokia N810 device in sources window and you are unable to transfer songs without purchasing them.

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

From our records, I could see that you have active Rhapsody To Go account and as you know Nokia N810 device is also a supported Rhapsody device. So, you should be able to transfer without purchasing songs.

You may not be able to see your device in Rhapsody if the device is not installed as per the instructions in the device manual. You may also need to close and restart Rhapsody or restart your computer to see your device. Rhapsody may not be able to detect the device if you are using other USB devices such as media card readers and external hard drives.

To resolve this issue, please perform the steps given in the following link:

Please reply if you need further assistance regarding this issue.

Regards,

Bharathi
