So I got tired of having a completely crippled and useless device without a proper GnuPG binary available, so I went and built my own (1.4.6). These packages I have tried on my N810 with OS2008 (chinook) and they appear to work.

The next step is for someone else to *please* build claws-mail GnuPG plugins.

For your /etc/apt/sources.list

## Kip's Maemo package repository...
# wget http://www.thevertigo.com/Kip.gpg
# sudo apt-key add Kip.gpg
deb http://www.thevertigo.com/apt chinook main

I'd tell you to add my key to your apt keyring to verify my signatures, but your gpg binary is busted to sh1t, hence your trying to get the newer one.

The two packages of interest in there are gpg and gpgv.

PS Someone is welcome to make a .install for me.

Kip

We'll also need libgpgme for that
It would be nice to put these packages on maemo-extras.
