http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...light=%60rm%60

I have a similiar problem.

When I tried the keyboard and it did not work, I tried to connect, and it kept saying 'Connection Failed'

So, I deleted the device and paired it again, but it still won't respond to the keyboard keys.

I am pairing everything right ctrl ctrl + blue fn + green fn to activate the bluetooth

then i hold the blue fn with the pairing code so it can connect.

The bluetooth is on and visible.

When I try pairing i tick the trusted device

But on the N810 - it shows the bluetooth icon as blue, but it still won't work!

I have tried everything, and I am getting really desperate.

In the thread at the top it advised someone to do a command, but I don't know how.

Sorry for the long message

Also, when its not connected, and I open the igo keyboard, the green light doesn't come on.

Does it say that it's paired successfully after the pairing?

Have you clicked on the text entry area before you start typing?

Have you chosen the right kind of keyboard from the "Bluetooth Keyboard" section of the Control Panel?

Are you trying to enter the pairing code EVERY time you use it? You should only be entering it during pairing, after that the keyboard should connect automatically when you switch it on and press a key.

Yes, everything gos sucessfully, the pairing is alrgiht, it says 'Connected to 'Think Outside'

Yes, the text entry area is clicked on before I try to type.

Well, with the pairing, I have deleted the device and paired it many times to make it work.

But I opened the keyboard pressed a few keys and the bluetooth icon comes up.

Aha, so when you press the keys the tablet's bluetooth icon turns blue? That's a good sign, it shows the keys are working and the tablet is responding to the keyboard.

Did you try looking at the "Bluetooth Keyboard" section of the Control Panel, and selecting your keyboard type? The "Bluetooth Keyboard" icon is totally separate from the "Bluetooth" icon.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what else I can do to help, as I don't have a Think Outside keyboard. Perhaps someone else on here can assist?

Just out of interest, when did you last update the firmware on the tablet?

It's normal for a Bluetooth accessory to have a flashing light, it shows the device is active. Most of the BT accessories I've used have had a blue light when they're connected, but maybe your keyboard uses a green one.

By "Bluetooth" icon I meant the one in the control panel. The CP also has a "Bluetooth Keyboard" icon.
