I don't think so. It doesnt' come with Chinese out of the box, and I tested a number of options to get Arabic working (on request by another user), the nearest I got was installing the Palm application 'PiLoc' (a tool to change the locale). The tool works as such (it launches, and it presents a menu of any extra locales you have installed), but GVM refuses to actually change the locale.

Sorry to bring up an old topic, but I'm looking for ways of how to install Chinese on Garnet too. Anyone know?
