Ive been trying airodump all night and this morning i got it to work. Just the problem is the .ivs files i get are not working. I tried it on my own network while watching streaming tv shows and i got after bout an hour around 500.000 packets but when i exited Airodump and started aircrack-ng it says:
packets read: 0
no networks available
So I thought lets see how big the .ivs file is and it turned out to be 1 kb. Sounds too small to me.
Anyone got any solutions?

Got it working now just left out the --ivs option and now it works

Something else: it takes up a lot of memory so can i "dump" the packages on one of the memorycard and have aircrack use it?
