There is a package called webhttrack in the maemo extras repository which allows you to save webpages recursively (including subpages, linked files, images...) for offline browsing.
It includes a commandline app with tons of configuration options, but also an easy to use web interface.
For documentation please see http://www.httrack.com/
In the Extras Menu webhttrack will also create a link to a portal page from where you can access all pages you have downloaded for offline browsing.
