I'm trying video sharing sites Vimeo & JumpCut but the Nokia N810 browser can't display the upload window. So I installed the Fennec browser that is supposedly faster and more advanced than the N810 browser. That's a load of crock. It had the same problem and wasn't faster so I uninstalled it. Now I'll try the old standby...I'll see if I can upload videos via the native N810 browser to YouTube.

Also I've been posting to twitter, jaiku, and many others and it7s a pain in the butt so I use m.hellotxt.com from my Nokia to post to twitter, jaiku, pownce, facebook, myspace, bebo, linkedin, hi5, and tumblr all in one shot...But hellotxt doesn't warn when going over the 140 character limit of twitter so my posts were cut short. But the posts were completely OK in Jaiku. Jaiku got the whole message. I use Jaikuroo on Vista, Mauku on the Nokia N810, and Juhu on Leopard. All desktop clients for Jaiku. Jaiku is better then Twitter.

I got 18 Jaiku invitations left. Interested?

P.S. This was posted via my PC cause my little N810 is charging.

This works, or has in the past. I suppose YouTube could have changed their uploader since I tested it.

Thanks sjgadsby. I just tried YouTube and yes indeed. It does work. great! I wonder in the new video uploading in the Pro version of flickr.com also works. I don't want to pay for that and then find out that it doesn't work. But I think that maybe I can't even upload only images, let alone videos, to flickr.com because it uses a pop-up loader just like Vimeo and JumpCut. These pop-up uploaders don't seem to work with the N810 native browser.

YouTube definitely works, I think they've always used that as a sort of benchmark for showing what the tablet browser can do because it's such a well-known site.

You might want to also try Nokia's own video sharing service Ovi Share (which used to be called Twango before Nokia took it over). I haven't tested this with the tablets yet though.
