If you want to know how to use tar (and it is handy) here's a hint:

tar zxvf bluebugger-0.1.tar.gz
tar zxvf blueserial -maemo .tgz
tar zxvf bluesnarfer .tar.gz

Good luck.
tryed typing in what you said tar zxvf bluebugger-0.1.tar.gz and it dosen't work

gunzip is one of the built-in command line utilities. Run xterm, and type gunzip --help for the minimalist command line syntax.

There is also an unzip application that you can install from the application manager - browse all and see if it is there. If it is not, you will need to go to the OS2008 site and look for the repository that contains it.

However, before just mucking around, I strongly urge you to spend a few hours - perhaps even a man day - and learn a bit about linux, and the os that is running on the Nokia tablets. I know this can be frustrating when you just want to get something running now ( I know - I have been there), a more measured approach will within a week or so result in far less frustration!

Please start with this link:

Good luck!
