I had understood that the price would be 99 euros. The price charged, however, was $99, plus shipping of either $15 or $25.
It looks like the device will follow this same equivalence -- $350 here, about 350 euros there.

I wonder if we can get some geographical information here.
I'm in New Jersey, just outside NYC. (Overnight was $25 for me.)
Anyone else who's getting one shipped care to indicate their region?

Roger - I could be wrong but I think he was referring to the incremental price for shipping overnight vs second day ($25 - $15 = $10).

I received my 770 yesterday.
I guess that by now every developer in Europe has received his/her unit, and (almost?) everyone in the US has been notified..
