There are a few services out there that do podcasts where episodes are rather small doses of musical content, with lots of metadata. I, for one, would find it astoundingly cool if I could select an episode of a podcast and say "move this to my music library" so that it appears when I browse to All Music and remains there for eternity (instead of being a short-lived podcast episode only to be found through the Podcasts section of Canola, with that attractive Delete button looming beside it).

On the other hand, maybe I am just doing it wrong. Suggestions?

Can you just move the podcast in file manager into the appropriate folder?

Another thought is to tell Canola that the Podcast folder is also a music folder. Then you will see them when you are browsing music. You will still see them in your podcast view. And you may have to refresh the music library when you add them, not sure about that.
