Is there a way for Canola to remember where i was in a movie the next time it loads it? That is, if I start a movie, get 30 minutes in, and have to shut it off and go do something else, is there a way for Canola to pick back up at the spot where I left off?

Cheers

That would be a nice feature to add if it's not yet included. I support that request.

Doesn't mPlayer have this feature? Anytime you stop a video during plaayback, next to that videos name in the playlist it says "resume from xx min:xx sec". I think Canola uses mPlayer for videos, so it should be possible.

Thanks for reporting, midwinter. Actually there seems to be a bug regarding video position saving when mplayer is the media engine. We'll work on that soon. As a temporary workaround, you could check for the extensions of the files you don't get the saving feature now and include them on the "[Media]" section of the file ~/.atabake/config.

For videos that run over oms player, our test show that the feature is OK.
