I am trying to listen (Not watch) MLB audio of games while I work. Any suggestions?

mlbviewer has been ported to the NIT. Don't hold your breath about it working on day 1 of the new season, as MLB likes to change things every year. Their new version may be flash compatible, so who knows, it might work in the NIT's browser. But hvacengi has done a great job with the NIT front end. The current version has worked on spring training games (and all of last season).

If you google 'mlbviewer linuxquestions' you'll see the latest about the main package development. The thread below was started for the NIT version, which has a Python GUI front end. Of course a subscription to MLB is required. There are no free audio feeds. Local radio stations that also carry MLB games and stream online, switch streams during a game.

Doesn't work. I have an MLB gameday audio subscription but it errors "not finding" the URL
