Those are great resources for connecting to and talking to the wiimote but the goal here is to connect to and talk to the Wii pretending we are the wiimote.

I realize that link was written with the opposite goal in mind. It seems, though, that they've reverse-engineered all the functions of the wiimote, so if you can get an N900 to respond to all the requests in an identical manner, it should work . . . maybe

btw... the wiimote has a ir camera... the n900 only has something like an ir sensor....

that means the n900 can recive ir signals but not "see" where they come from....

the sensorbar for the wii are 2 bright ir spots (i think 3-4 ir leds per side)....

sry for killin the projekt...
