Scaling is scale-to-fit. The image will be scaled up until one dimension hits a screen edge.

Thanks! Sad that Droid has the same chipset, yet is held back by the restrictive framework of Android. I understand why they do it (needs to work on multiple chipsets so upper level language & SDK), but still lame for media fans.
Update: I found some for iPod, but most error out or the audio is out of sync. Very picky parameters for playback.

If it does scale, I can not find a video that does.
