Maybe I don't quite get what you're asking, but I don't see why you would need a third party site for that. (Streaming your own music from your home computer, that is.)
Wouldn't a web frontend for the music application of your choice suffice? (e.g. amaroK frontend or browseamp for winamp)

I got onto the Lala.com bandwagon but I'm finding that their online music collection aggregation doesn't read all of the ID3 tags on my MP3s correctly. Can any one suggest any alternatives?
Requirements:
* Synching to Last.fm
* An N900 app / platform-independent desktop client would be nice
