I've just installed car pc and would love to use N800 over rdesktop for touchscreeen frontend (it's small, fits nice, etc...).
BUT, as said in http://wiki.maemo.org/USB_networking , USB networking is not working with winxp pcs :-( .....

and if I understand right it is fixed, but in maemo 5 and it seems there is no hope that this will be available as fix for Diablo 4.1.
Did I understood right? Can I somehow fix this in current Diablo in N800 ? Please take into account, I'm more or less newbie, compiling kernel is way too much for me at the moment,
but if anyone has an advice if this can be fixed in some easy way, I'd be more than happy to be able to use N800 as carpc frontend...
