i use this on my phone,
but tried to install it on a friends and it was not in any of the repos, there all connected and active, so downloaded the .deb, installed it, but its NOT in the dropdown menu, can anyone tell me why, and how to fix it??

Just want to confirm, you're checking the power button menu, yes?

The true cause of localization missing and id showing when using 3rd party language has been WONTFIXed by Nokia.

That means all languages must be directly supported by app developer or an id will show.

As previously suggested, try powerkey menu. If it isn't there, try "killall systemui" on console or a reboot. If it is still not showing, something is really wrong, ie. package wasn't installed for real.

This app exists in Maemo Extras (and obviously in testing/devel too), so basically if you don't find it, something is wrong with your repos.

hey, thanks for this amazing application, i use it all the time. would it be possible to make a timer for it and to be able to program it to go into modem mode at a certain time and go back to phone mode at a certain time? that would be very practical. thanks again!!! 5/5*
