hi

i've come across the first problem with my device

i have an issue with the keyboard my y key comes up with a z

and my z key comes up with a y also my full stop key does this ö and mz comma key does this ü any ideas on how to rectify this

ok go into settings
and change language and region to english

sounds like regional settings are wrong

regional settings are both set to english (uk) already

where did you get this phone- i am not an expert but is it a non uk model that coulld have a different f/w

can't give a solution, but it seems you're stuck with a hungarian keyboard layout. i remember there was an app in testing, i think, with some additional layouts or something similar, hungarian included. have you installed it?

i got it from mobile phones direct, a uk company, i've installed a few app on it, but not sure if i've done a hangurian one, is there an easy way to reset the phone to factory settings?

sorted it, restored it to default settings, and the keyboard is ok now
