I have a linux server with Xnest and a window manager called JWM.
when I start jwm within a Xnest window remotely on the N900 I cannot use it because whenever I try to type anything in the window it opens the contacts menu instead. is there any way around this?

while I've created a thread can I also ask what devel-adhoc is in the connections menu and why when I use fn+Sym clicking anything on the bottom 2 rows does not insert the symbol until a keypress. does anybody else get this?

after finding out Xephyr suffers from this too I searched the forums for keyboard focus and found this
