Open your desktop menu by clicking on the home screen briefly and then clicking on the blue gear wheel icon that appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Now click on the top bar of the screen and select the "Add Widget" option.
Select "Media Player" from the widget listing.
Now click on the top bar of the screen and select the "Add Widget" option.
Select "Media Player" from the widget listing.

I have searched the forum but I can't find the answer.
I have seen pictures of a media player widget on the N900. How do I add that to my desktop?
