I wish someone could figure out how to get Android to run in a chroot on Maemo. But it doesn't use an X display, so my old nested X-Server trick (the way we run LXDE on top of Maemo) wouldn't work here. Is there a way to get Android to display on a nested display?

Uhhh pretty much the same, barring any differences caused by hardware

From what I understand, the hardware is very close to the same.

I use VNC on my N900 to log into my machine at home. The graphics are low color depth and laggy, but otherwise the operating system functions as usual.

I would think a local VNC server would be faster, but not as fast as qole's nested xserver.

Any other differences?

Yes, that would be the most holiest of grails. I'll work on that...
