Unable to play media.
Media format not supported.
Fair enough, the file isn't supported. However, it causes everything to say this error, including mp3's that worked previously!
I've tried this and it doesn't work:

Re-booting does work, but clearly there is some bug here, not sure if it has been mentioned before. I wonder what it causing it, and how to rectify it without a reboot?
Edit: This is with the standard media player.
