Hi, I have tried to follow the MADDE instructions but can't quite get it to work.

In Mad Developer on device I can see wlan0.
I did:

root@nmitche3-vaio:~# mad-admin create w900 -a 192.168.2.4
developer@192.168.2.4's password:
developer@192.168.2.4's password:
developer@192.168.2.4's password:
Device runtime 'w900' initialized!

I then try and use it but it fails:
root@nmitche3-vaio:~# mad remote -r w900 ping
Command failed - no connection to runtime

I can ssh onto my device fine so connectivity is good. Whatelse can I check ?

OK, sussed it.

I had done sudo-root on my ubuntu machine first. it had generated a ssh public key for root in my users directory. i deleted it, generated a new one and then added it to the authorized keys in the n900 users ssh dir.
