I am trying to package a desktop applet - SVGClock, to take it to the extras repository for easy installation..

SVGClock is an analog clock applet for the desktop, that renders various SVG components for the hour/minute/seconds hand of the clock and the clock face itself made with SVG

There are 3 major dependencies for this..librsvg2-2, librsvg2-common and the gnome-python-desktop.. The first 2 are available in the extras repository.. However gnome-python-desktop does not seem to be available in any of the repositories..

While working on the SVGClock, I got gnome-python-desktop from here, which seem to have been compiled by someone for maemo..

Could someone please let me know if and how, I can get gnome-python-desktop into the extra repository or the availability of the same part of any other libraries in the extra repository.. This would help me release the SVGClock application to the diablo and Maemo 5 repositories.

Anyone pls.. any suggestion or possible work around for the gnome-python-desktop dependency as above..
