Hi PROs,
Is there a way to hook-up an external USD DAC to N900? Here's a previous thread, which probably explain it better than I do http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=32431. On the other words I want to by-pass all the N900 sound hw and to use instead an external digital-analog-converter-amplifier to drive my headphones. Thanks gents.

If you read ossipena's post, USB Host is next to impossible on the N900, since it's not natively supported.

Therefore, I doubt you can, since according to another post there, by shadowjk, "bluetooth uses lossy compression for audio"

Unless you find where the hardware chip for the sound is, and hook it up somehow to your equipment, and write all the drivers for it.... unlikely.

Correct me if I'm missing a key detail.
