i was looking at the specs for this link. am i reading it right? is that frequencies for both at&t and tmo 3g service?

so is that a yes? 1700/2100 is tmo and 850/1900 is at&t here in the us. phones dont normally have this config. i think this is probably the first i have ever seen with these kinda recievers
