I think you have to download the DivX codec separately. I really don't know where, as this seems to have been done for me by some application or other. Your best bet is probably at www.divx.com.

Watch out though: apparently there are two versions of the codec, a free one and a commercial one.

Xvid is typically a better choice as it is an open/free codec. I've found more devices to play well with it, so they aren't just tied to your N800 and they are identical in quality. Most of the "free" shows you download off of the internet are in Xvid now days anyway. =)
