I've been using a Nokia N900 and, after a software update, the device reboots and shows a page with OVI shop terms and conditions, including the spam sending.

I don't accept this contract, but this page doesn't give any way to "Decline", "Skip" or opening any menu or function.
It only shows this page (that says continuing means acceptance), and 2 buttons: details of T&C, and "Ready".

What can I do?
Nokia's Maemo is preventing me to use my phone.

Never seen that dialog but can't you press outside of the dialog to cancel? Or does it fill the screen?

The page fills all the screen, and any other location responds to the finger.

I've OpenSSH server installed, but this annoying page is in a previous stage than networking service startup.

I cannot enter via SSH to kill the process.
