Seriously, Nokia quite a scammer, I bought the Angry bird Pack 1 and 2 and the total cost should be $5.98NZD but I end up got charged $8.15NZD,
I get 2 receipt said $2.99 each and no taxes at all. Total of $6.98 but somewhat my credit card got taken $8.15c, I called up the bank and they said Nokia is holding $2.17c in their transaction.

I contact Nokia they "said No they did not holding any transaction, it all between you and your bank".

I gave up on trying to chasing it. Since it's only $2.17c but it just not fair to be over charged or should I say scammed for something like this.

I think you guys are exaggerating. Smoku isn't some kind of mythical know all creature. He is quite a good coder and he has my respect for that.
Nothing wrong with wanting a free PSX emulator to play "pirated games" (by that I mean games no one actually sells anymore). Winmo and android have one so why can't we?
Also I'm personally willing to pay top dollar for a good GPU accelerated PSX emu. 15 bucks easy but only if it really works and is compatible with every game.

Don't know if your gonna read this or not Smoku but thanks for putting so much time into this. It's a shame it's ending here and seems like a waste of time now you think about it. Screw what everyone else is saying about whether or not your a sellout or whatever. I'd just like to say thanks for all the help.

That can't be right, the game is listed in New Zealand currency and it should be calculated as New Zealand money and taxes. I bought stuff online but never get this issues before.

I don't get how an international company cannot set up international store fronts and avoid conversion fees as such.

I've brought that up in the past. Makes absolutely no sense.

I'm not sure insulting or badmouthing the guy will make it come back. Reminds me of all the people whining about custom firmwares on PSP. The self-entitlement sense of some internet dwellers still baffles me to this day.

Smoku answered the question in the OP and there is trolling and flaming coming into the thread so i'm closing it.

Thank you Smoku for your many efforts which have been enjoyed and appreciated by many.

I'd like to remind people that both personal attacks, trolling, and flaming are not allowed. Don't respond to trolling by flaming and you're fine.

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?
