i've had this problem for a while now and the only thread i found similair was blaming youtube or overclocking, i dont think this is the problem and there were no answers forthcoming for this.
anyway, flash video (mainly video, sometimes other flash) will at some point inevitably cause the browser to refresh, and therefore restart the video too, mildly annoying at times downright frustrating at others.
anyway my opinion is that this started when i tried out the 10.1 red bar version, i had backed up my original .so and replaced them when i wanted to go back to my old flash player. after noticing the problem i have tried out various methods of re-installing flash, clearing out flash and micrb's caches etc. still the problem persists.
has anyone else had this problem, and did you manage to fix it without a reflash?
