guys is there a way to make n900 window transistions faster and smoother and add some effects to menu grid ?

Yes. Install CSSU and then CSSU Feature Configuration.
Or
Buy an Iphone. Put a tag on it which reads My N900.
everything is possible if you try. (look at the top right corner of the screen..just below your username )

Swappolube makes it a bit nicer, I haven't noticed a lot, but I think it's a good thing. CSSU also has a lot of nice transitions.ini configurations. I could share my transitions.ini with you, if you wanted. Make a backup first.

sudo apt-get install transitioncontrol with devel enabled.
or install ccsu and modify the transition to fast or ultra fast... and enjoi...
