- I had the preset 'Ideal' loaded before from 'QCPUFreq' software. I removed it and it seems to be stable now.
- I'm running the default transitions.

Instructions:
copy and replace the file (transitions.ini) to usr/share/hildon-desktop/

P.s. create neccessary backup of your transitions.ini file if you want.

Features:
1. Harmattan Style Launcher (Black launcher app menu background)
2. Harmattan Style Animated icons (No sequence version is also available in the zip file)
3. Smooth and swift drop down menus.
4. Sink in and sink out rotation. [fixed lagness]
5. Smooth and fast slide in animations like in phone app dialer button.
6. Home screen fade to black launcher app menu/ task navigation (new)
7. Fast app open cheat and app close cheat.

install and use "filebox" from repos or the best way is to use WinSSH (WinSCP) and replace it from PC.

Seriously. Please. Can someone help with the freezing issue?? I made my own transitions.ini file, and it's amazing. but now my phone keeps randomly freezing during random actions. I have no rotation and no vertical scrolling. I need help finding the root of this issue and coming up with the solution.

can you show your transitions.ini file... because I cant say anything without looking at it.

general suggestion:
1. set all durations less than 400

|| duration=350 ||

2. Vertical Scrolling (not in your case)

3. set [ turbo=0 ]

hi!!!I have the program filebox but I can not find the folder :share/hildon-desktop/
Should I have another program to show it?
there is a post process step by step?
please help me!

you have to enable root access in the options panel.
