i tried to install ssu and is stuck on backup my phone . i can't continue any more. i tried to uninstall but now it won't let me ? can someone me tell how to finish the install?

Usually if its stuck on giving you options to create a backup and requiring you to have it connected to PC running PC Suite, there's actually errors that you need to fix before you can fully apply CSSU.
To check for the errors, click on the CSSU update and the go into the problems tab.

Now that know what is wrong, how can i fix it it.?
i am most likely need to use x terminal? I love this phone because it keeps me learning. can any one teach me on how to erase the file or update it.? so i can install SSU! this forum has help me alot so thank you a head of time !
