There's an interesting new music player - Clementine. Among others, features include "internet radio from Spotify, Grooveshark, Last.fm, SomaFM, Magnatune, Jamendo, SKY.fm and Digitally Imported, and Icecast."

It's licensed under GPL3, cross-platform and based on Qt. Here are the build instructions:

Did you notice the dependencies? Keeping in mind it took some month to just fork clementine out of amarok, ...
But may be your wish may be granted, who knows?

I've tried compiling it under Easy Debian months ago, but it failed every single time, probably due to a lack of resources. Afaik we'd need a sandbox for this, which I don't have running currently.
