reviving an old thread here-

i'm interested in starting development, but I am stuck on a windows machine. which vm build would people recommend? http://www.vmware.com/vmtn/appliances/directory/cat/45

will this be reasonably easy to get setup for maemo and python?

I have just finished making a complete VMware appliance with the bora release and scratchbox integrated into it, based on Ubuntu. I will post the torrent url when I get it up.
