I've installed andromeda.php on my home Mac server, which basically means you can click on a folder of mp3's and it will send a playlist in .m3u format and begin streaming.
It works fine on my 770--I open Opera, hit the web page, click, and then the built-in audio player opens up and starts playing. It's very useful.
However, I'd like to use Canola to do the actual playing, mostly because of the easier user interface. However, I can't figure out how to do two things:
(1) get Canola to open up to be the default audio app for streaming media (somewhere some mime type file needs to be edited?)
(2) configure Canola to stream a .m3u playlist in the first place.
I think I can figure (2) out if I have a valid url but can anyone give any advice on (1)?
