Try open files by typing / to adress? And then open that file.
Edit: On N9 fennec cant open those files, but they work in Opera.

I tried, the video plays well on media player but the voice breaks like every 2seconds. Am on 900mhz overclock...any idea how that can be fixd?

I dont have N900 so I dont know. 
Is thera an app or a trick that I can use to play .webm files? I've previously been able to run such files on N900 via fennec but when I updated to v17, this option vanished.
