try to flash ubiboot instead of loading:

thanxx coderus it worked. lock code screen is gone, but my phone is on only charging mode by default that's why i can't select mass storage cz screen's freezed not broken, how to do it directly using windows...? please helpp

I suggest using rescueCD that should enable you to either mount mydocs/ or ssh to the phone (use scp or some graphical frontend) to copy data to PC. Perhaps you can achieve this with UBI boot also, not sure as I never used UBI boot though

ubiboot recovery mode also exports the drives in Linux (Windows users are out of luck as they need to get Linux machine somewhere or install Linux VM on their machines).
